By inviting Zenith-9 to your Discord server or using its features, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the bot.

These terms apply to all users of Zenith-9, including server administrators and members who interact with the bot.

2. Description of Service

Zenith-9 is a Discord bot that provides:

  • Moderation tools (ban, kick, mute, etc.)
  • Message management commands
  • Voice channel controls
  • Auto-role assignment
  • Security systems (anti-spam, anti-link)
  • Logging capabilities
  • Ticket system
  • Server statistics
  • Giveaway management
  • AI chat functionality

The bot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

3. Proper Usage

You agree to use Zenith-9 only for lawful purposes and in accordance with Discord's Terms of Service. You must not:

  • Use the bot to harass, threaten, or intimidate others
  • Use the bot for spamming or flooding
  • Attempt to exploit bugs or vulnerabilities
  • Use the bot to violate the privacy of others
  • Use the bot in servers that promote illegal activities
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the bot

4. Data Collection and Privacy

Zenith-9 collects and stores certain data to provide its services. This includes:

  • Server IDs for configuration storage
  • User IDs for moderation actions and logging
  • Message content for snipe and logging features (temporary)
  • Channel IDs for configuration purposes

5. Moderation Responsibility

Server administrators are responsible for how they use Zenith-9's moderation tools. The bot developers are not liable for:

  • Misuse of moderation commands by server staff
  • Incorrect configuration of auto-moderation systems
  • Disputes arising from moderation actions taken using the bot
  • Any damage caused by improper use of the bot's features

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.8% uptime for Zenith-9, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. The bot may be temporarily unavailable for:

  • Scheduled maintenance
  • Emergency updates
  • Discord API outages
  • Unforeseen technical issues

We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from bot downtime.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of Zenith-9 after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Users will be notified of significant changes through our support server or bot status updates.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to Zenith-9 for any server or user that violates these terms, without prior notice. Reasons for termination may include but are not limited to:

  • Violation of Discord's Terms of Service
  • Abuse of bot features
  • Attempting to exploit or harm the bot
  • Using the bot for illegal activities

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developers of Zenith-9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use the bot
  • Any conduct or content of any third party using the bot
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your data
  • Any bugs, viruses, or similar issues
